Key Account Manager

Regional Key Account Manager – The UPS Store and Mail Boxes Etc.

Provide regional support of TUPSS / MBE account.
Sold, maintenance and supply revenue generation.
Strategic and tactical development of assigned territory, involving TUPSS / MBE Key Account Team, key buying influences and decision makers, assigned branch representatives, branch management, regional management and various corporate personnel and departments.
Address and resolve key customer satisfaction issues.
Build and influencing relationships with key decision makers and franchisees.
Active engagement in all phases of selling and account management.
Provide appropriate branch, dealer, technical and administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of successful, well-documented sales and/or sales management experience in the office equipment industry, specifically National Accounts / Fortune 1000 accounts.
Experience in the franchise print-for-pay industry a plus.
Prior sales management experience a definitive plus.
Advanced communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
Strong understanding of MFC products, application software and competitive environments.
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills in a complex selling environment.
Willing and able to travel extensively.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, competitive and highly motivated with a proven track record.
