Our ADP Dealer Services Division provides integrated computing solutions to 25,500 auto, truck, motorcycle, marine and recreational vehicle dealers throughout the world. We have an immediate opening available for a Key Account Executive (KAE). The main purpose of this position is to drive sales revenues for ADP by penetrating competitive accounts, thus building on our existing client satisfaction in the market. The KAE handles all new business development. This is a total challenge position and hunter candidates are a must. There is tremendous value on the new business they generate. Resumes ideally will state a candidate's track record of new business development achievements, and/or highlighting a proven, strong track record of progressive sales.

REQUIREMENTS


The ideal KAE candidate will have a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience, 7-9 months of job related formal training, plus 1-3 years of outside B2B sales/including new business development. Ideally, the qualified candidate will also have 3-5 years experience in the Automotive industry or Dealership verticle. Knowledge of Automotive Finance & Insurance area also highly helpful. Additionally, the lead candidates will also possess the following skills:



- Excellent work ethic

- Ability to succeed in a competitive, high-performance work environment

- Be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively

- Team player with ability to coordinate efforts with baseline sales reps to sell

- Strong computer skills with current technical knowledge

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to close deals and make presentations

- Ability to present new product concepts to marketplace

- Ability to formulate sales plan for designated territory, region or specific client portfolios

- Knowledge of automotive, finance/insurance and technology industries preferred

- 75% local travel required
