YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Enterprise Expansion Team is seeking both Junior and Senior Level Sales Representatives to help develop revenue growth within Fortune 1000 accounts. This brand new group has been charged with helping to expand National level accounts and work hand in hand with the National Account Executives to further optimize revenue growth within accounts. The program kicks off September 1st , 2006 and we will take on a minimum of 8 accounts to begin expansion on. Every quarter you will receive the choice to continue to sell the account or start on a new account as we expand the group. If you are energetic and like to make a visible difference at work, this is the group for you! You will be hands on in developing the strategy in these accounts and the group will be in size only around 9 people, therefore you have your own personal chance to shine! We are seeking eager to learn sales individuals with a positive outlook as soon as possible.
Junior Sales Representatives need not have any prior sales experience and will be starting as an entry level sales career. As a Junior Sales Representative it will be invaluable being able to be exposed to the training and development of your National Account Executive on the strategy at a 50,000 foot level on a specific account. You will also receive extensive training from the Director of Sales within the group on how to conceptually sell a prospect.
Senior Sales Representatives to be accepted into this program must have been in Careerbuilder Sales for a minimum of 8+ months and be a consistent top performer within their current role. You also must show that you are willing to go back to basics of selling to help this group develop new marketshare. Because this group is small in scale, we will only be choosing people who will do what they say they will do and show a fierce independent sales spirit to succeed.
Expansion Sales Representative are responsible for:Identifying new prospects through cold calling 125+ dials a dayConducting client presentations via web with potential clients 3-5+ dayAppointment set 5+ a dayProspect/Client Need AnalysisClose new businessTurn in weekly and monthly account strategy sheetsAttain monthly quota

PC literacy is necessary including MS Office and Outlook
