JDE HCM Administrator / JD Edwards Administrator

We are currently in search of a JDE HCM Administrator in the Dallas / Irving, TX area. This role performs the function of BA and liason between IT and specific department heads.

Contract to hire, 90-110K perm salary

Monitors and maintains availability, reliability and integrity of Oracle's J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne Human Capital Management version 8.1 system by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

*Communicates with other departments regarding functional system to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems.

*Must have strong knowledge and experience with modules: HR, Finance, Payroll, benefits. Knowledge and experience with Procurement and Fixed Asset is a plus but not required.

*Researches and recommends new technologies.

*Develops system specifications and works with IS staff to write programs or enhancements

*Works with IS staff and other functional system managers to specify nature of links to other systems and programming changes needed to link systems together.

*Recommends disaster recovery procedures for functional system.

This person will the SPOC for the EnterpriseOne HCM team. They will work with accounting, finance and HR depts to customize the application.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Oracle's J.D. Edwards EnterpriseOne Human Capital Management system version 8.1 and an understanding of how the system interfaces with other systems software and processes; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
