Position Title: Insurance Sales Representative--Property and Casualty

Travel Percentage: 10-25%

Job Summary:
Produce new business through independent agents and increase total written premium through effective agency/book of business management and retention of existing accounts.
This will be a remote position located in the Los Angeles Basin and have responsibility for 150-200 local agents. Previous Property/Casualty Sales experience highly desirable. There will be a significant amount of multi-media communication/presentations to local agents and about 25% local travel.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent

4 or more years of related experience.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills
2. Knowledge of commercial lines insurance
3. Strong marketing and negotiation skills
4. Strong organization skills
