Job Description:Enrollment Advisors needed to generate new students for bachelors, masters, and doctorate level degree and certificate programs. Successful candidates will build relationships with prospective students that have inquired about the program, discover needs and concerns, demonstrate how our program can best meet those needs, and support the prospective student through the admissions process to registration. Communication with prospective students is exclusively through telephone, fax, and email.
Help people make a positive change in their lives by advancing their education. Generate new students for bachelors, masters and doctoral degree and certificate programs. Build relationships with prospective students that have inquired about the program, discover needs and concerns, demonstrate how our program can best meet those needs, and support the students through the admissions process to registration and program completion. Communication with prospective students is exclusively through telephone, fax, and email.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls, emails and faxes regarding the Program• Manage prospect database• Assist student with admissions, financial aide and registration process• Provide feedback to marketing and other departments regarding enrollment• Maintain relationships with students to help support program persistence and generate referral activity.
Communicate with prospective students via outbound and inbound calls, emails and faxes regarding the Program. Guide prospective students through the shopping process to a comfortable decision regarding our program.This position has a Base salary of $30,000 to $35,000 based on experience. With up to a 5% increase in your base salary every 6 months based on semi annual review of performance. full benefits start day one., etc.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Sales experience or strong desire for sales role required.Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution required.“Inside” sales experience (outbound calling) preferred.Experience within healthcare, education, or criminal justice preferred.Experience with distance education preferred.Experience in college admission and recruitment preferred.Must pass criminal background check.Produce error free written correspondenceSpeech must be clear and easily understood without grammatical errors or the use of slang.
