Inside Sales of Healthcare Staffing Services

Medical Express, part of the AMN Healthcare family sells and places healthcare professionals in temporary assignments in hospitals across the country. AMN is also the nation's largest travel healthcare staffing organization.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Colorado office (at the Interlocken/Flatiron Crossing area). In this sales position, you are responsible for recruiting and placing assigned or referred traveling healthcare professionals on assignments throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities Close business with firm commitments. Sell key open assignments to prospective clients through a high level of phone interaction (no cold calling). Qualify prospective clients for requirements and suitability necessary for travel assignment. Build a loyal client base by providing superior sales support. Establish and maintain communication and rapport with clients to encourage a long-term working relationship. Utilize your sales and communication skills to build your clientele.

RequirementsAt least 3 years of sales experience (intangibles preferred). Excellent telephone and communication skills. (high level of outbound calling 80-100 calls a day) no cold calling. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office. Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and a high sense of urgency. Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone and e-mail). Ability to generate solid relationships on a cold and warm call basis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to convert objections into commitments.
