Inside Sales Specialist

Coloplast, an international manufacturer and wholesaler of disposable medical supplies and devices, is seeking experienced Executive Assistants our new Minneapolis facility. SUMMARY:
Generate sales of Coloplast products through activities to the providers (dealer, doctor, nurse etc.) in alignment with targeted field sales activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
•Sample and sell Coloplast products directly to professional s (Doctors, Nurses) and dealers via telephone.
•Work closely with targeted Field Sales Opportunities
•Provide knowledgeable product support and advice regarding product application and problem resolution.
•Work with clinical contacts to promote consumer-sampling programs.
•Promote and sell designated products and services.
•Communicate and work as a team with the field sales representatives and consumer sales team to meet and exceed overall sales objectives.
•Effectively operate computer-based contact/data based management program and accurately complete account/prospect records or profiles.
•Participate in outbound calling campaigns to maximize new customer capture.
•Complete monthly call activity goals and conversion quotas.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School or GED equivalent
•2 years inside sales experience
•Medical and or Clinical experience a plus
•Excellent communication and people skills required.
•Basic computer skills and the ability to type at least 50 wpm.
•Must be patient, empathetic and possess the ability to utilize the telephone effectively as a customer relations tool.
