Inside Sales/Sales Support

ACI Design, a dynamic trade show exhibit company, is seeking a talented professional to provide inside sales and customer support.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in customer service and/or inside sales to assist with exhibit and graphic sales. Primary sales will come from internet inquiries, so there is no cold calling involved. This job will also assist the Sales Manager with house accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must possess the following skills, abilities and knowledge to perform the essential functions of the job:

Strong Microsoft Office skills (ACT! and QuickBooks experience a plus)
Minimum 2 years experience in graphic and/or exhibit industries preferred
Experience in E-Commerce helpful
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
High initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks
Must also be self directed and detailed oriented.
Must be very well organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize appropriately.
