Inside Sales Representative (CAC)

DESCRIPTION:Responsible for maintaining and growing cold drink sales through telecommunications with existing customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calling on pre-existing inside sales accounts to obtain orders by phone, fax, and/or email.

Input order requests into database for product orders and mechanical service calls.

Sell new brands and additional product to established customers.

Communicate changes in volume or unproductive accounts to the appropriate sales person and track outcomes and results.

Handle all customer issues from inception to final resolution.

Control and/or limit off day or off cycle deliveries and/or delivery minimums.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Degree or GED required.

Some college strongly preferred.

1+ years of customer service and/or call center experience required

Previous sales experience preferred.

AS400 or SAP work experience preferred.

Excellent phone etiquette.

Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.

Strong computer skills.

Accurate data entry.

Bilingual skills a plus.
The schedule for this position will be determined at the end of training.
