Responsible for selling the company’s products and/or services primarily via telephone includinglead qualification identifying decision makerdetermining customer needsidentifying features and benefitsovercoming customer objectionsclosing salesWill have responsibility for an average dollar quota / territory compared to the organization’s average quota. Establishes and maintains contacts and rapport with customers and prospects. Operates under general supervision only. Performs sales, service, and administrative tasks and procedures under self-direction. Uses selling expertise to cross-sell or upsell each account. Prepares sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required. May train or assist less experienced inside sales representatives in sales activities.
