Inside Sales Rep-Government Accounts
COMPANY PROFILE At SimpleTech, we have outstanding opportunities for ambitious Inside Account Representatives to make an immediate impact at our high-end professional government services and solutions division. By successfully coordinating account needs and requirements, you will help drive our continued growth in developing high quality and innovative products solutions to. RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To achieve sales quota in assigned government reseller accounts, develops and implements specific action plan to achieve or exceed revenue/margin targets.
•Develops and maintains mutually profitable customer relationships.
•Continue to develop new government reseller accounts.
•Demonstrates expertise on customer technology requirements and promotes appropriate SimpleTech Solutions.
•Assist customers in developing the appropriate strategies to implement and support solutions offered by SimpleTech.
•Maintain customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Perform administrative tasks including status reports, forecasts, calendars, objectives, and appropriate tracking systems.
•Ability to handle lengthy sales cycles, which require an individual to be highly professional, detail oriented, intelligent, and patient.Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Superior proven ability to locate, qualify, and close sales opportunities
•Self motivated
•Proven ability to define and solve sales challenges
•Ability to work as part of a team of professionals
•Demonstrated ability to play a position as part of a team
•Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with multiple levels within an organization
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
DESIRED BACKGROUND:
•Bachelor degree or equivalent
•5 years of government reseller sales experience in high-tech industry
•Knowledge of Flash, Memory, and Storage products a MUST.
•An aggressive self-starter with excellent relationship building and "make it happen" mentality
•Demonstrated consultative and sales skills with exceeding quota history
•Ability to learn new concepts quickly and successfully apply them
•Great, success-oriented attitude and strong aptitude
•Must be knowledgeable of accounts in the government resellers, having own contacts is desired
