Inside Sales Manager
Description:The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting/hiring/training and developing Telephone Sales Reps to sell Traveler Discount Guide/RoomSaver products and services to new clients throughout the U.S.Sales Management related activities: Establish and exceed monthly and annual sales goals of the department by directing and guiding the sales efforts of the Inside Sales Team. Develop and implement monthly call plan for the Telephone Sales Reps, coordinate with the Regional Mangers throughout the U.S. to determine market strategies. Provide ongoing sales training and support to the Inside Sales Team. Develop and implement sales incentives which motivate and reward sales achievements. Ensures established sales administration guidelines are executed, followed and maintained. Keep abreast on competition and lodging industry news and trends.General Knowledge and Management of the following areas: Advertising sales background. Ability to forecast relating to budget analysis. Ability to conduct market and competitive analysis. P & L experience. Ability to apply leadership skills to effective management of sales team.Qualifications: 2-4 years of successful Inside Sales Management experience. Successful experience in recruiting, hiring and training sales professionals. A proven work ethic that is based on high integrity, diligence and meeting the customers needs while exceeding sales and profit goals. Proven track record of revenue growth and increased market penetration. Strong analytical skills. Must be organized, able to multi-task, demonstrate superior attention to detail and adhere to deadlines.
