Inside Sales Consultant

We are looking for exceptional inside sales & support professionals to be an integral member of Qualified Merchant Services in our Syracuse New York office. The primary focus is to increase revenue through new business lead generation via out-bound and in-bound calls. The Inside Sales Consultant is also responsible for building relationships with clients through providing a superior level of responsive customer service.

Responsibilities for our Inside Sales Consultant:
Execute assigned outbound calling designed to acquire statements, increase customer retention, drive new account acquisition, build customer loyalty, improve satisfaction and drive profitable revenue growth;provide product information and selection assistance to customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, and volume.

Compensation:
$8.00 per hour.

Education / Experience for Inside Sales:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related inside/outside financial sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:
Word processing, Spreadsheets, Internet software, E-mail, Database software
