We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our San Diego office. In this sales position, you are responsible for selling and placing assigned or referred traveling healthcare professionals on assignments throughout the U.S. We will set you up for success!

ResponsibilitiesClose business with firm commitments. Sell key open assignments to prospective clients through a high level of phone interaction (no cold calling). Qualify prospective clients for requirements and suitability necessary for travel assignment. Build a loyal client base by providing superior sales support. Establish and maintain communication and rapport with clients to encourage a long-term working relationship.Utilize your sales and communication skills to build your clientele.

REQUIREMENTS


RequirementsAt least 3 years of sales experience (intangibles preferred). Excellent telephone and communication skills. (high level of outbound calling, 80-100 calls a day) no cold calling. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office. Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and a high sense of urgency. Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone and e-mail). Ability to generate solid relationships on a cold and warm call basis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to convert objections into commitments.
