Inside Sales Associate

Position Summary:
Phone based calling on prospective real estate agents to join the RealEstate.com Agent Network team of over 10,000 real estate agents. The sales cycle consists of:
Responding to real estate agents who have expressed an interest in developing an internet based marketing strategy for customer lead acquisition.
Effectively communicating the Agent Network value proposition and return-on-investment to real estate agents.
Establishing the proper monthly lead flow for the newly signed-on agent.
Ensuring that the real estate agent meets the requirements for joining the network.
Effectively delivering newly signed agents to the Account Management Team.
Outbound cold-calling required.Skills / Knowledge Requirements:
Professional Knowledge:
Minimum 1-2 years sales experience, business-to-business preferred.
Demonstrated track record of sales success and meeting weekly sales quotas.
Communications/Management:
Must have the ability to sell through objections.
Outbound cold-calling experience preferred.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
Other Comments:
Must be able to move and adapt quickly in a highly charged and fast paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.**MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 10:00 am to 7:00 pm MONDAY-FRIDAY.Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Sales experience.
