Inside Sales 70-80k Paramus

Purpose:
Our Client, a leading provider of mortgage loans is looking for Loan Officers to join their sales team in Paramus NJ.

On a day to day basis, officers would be responsible for following up on 100-120 leads, originating mortgage loans, explaining loan programs to customers, consulting prospective loan applicants, following up to guide customers through the loan process and ultimately providing quality customer service in a timely fashion.

To be qualified for this job, candidates should have AT LEAST 1 year of sales experience, a proven track record in sales, experience with a commission based structure, as well as experience in meeting monthly sales goals.
