Territory Sales Manager needed to sell company’s imaging instruments for the rapidly growing and advancing research applications employing in-vivo imaging techniques in small animals and in-vitro gel and blot applications.
The customers are located in pharmaceutical, biotech, government and academic scientific research institutes.
Key components of the job include:
Qualifying prospects, managing a comprehensive lead and sales funnel process, following and closing sales through the purchasing process.
Responsible and accountable for AOP revenue for Molecular Imaging Systems’ digital products.
Continuously improve account metrics.
Instrumentation prices range from $5,000-$150,000+.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Planning and organizing skills, tenacity, resilience, sales ability/persuasiveness, and knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of Life Sciences capital equipment sales experience is required.
•Bachelor’s degree with some academic training in Life Sciences.
•Product management experience a plus.
•Strong communications and sales closing skills are critical.
• Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
•Business, financial and analytical skills, spreadsheet analysis.
•Time management and prioritizing skills
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's preferably in Health or Life Sciences or Business
