Implementation Team Member

Overview: Baker Hughes Business Support Services (BHBSS) has multiple openings for Implementation Team Members in the newly created Business Development Services group. Requires moderate to significant international travel (30%-50%). Candidates must have SAP implementation experience in at least one of the following modules: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Finance.Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will have experience with end-to-end project execution and must be able to: Assist in the development of a project plan Execute and status to a project plan Request and alllocate necessary resources Communicate appropriately to relevant parties Coordinate with BHI compliance groups to ensure controls documentation and testing processes are included in all projects. Key responsibilities include: Work under the direction of BDS management and technical leadership in support of cross-functional, international implementation projects In conjunction with designated business unit resources, provide guidance on implementation projects. Assist in the allocation/scheduling of personnel. Responsible for deliverables, schedule and quality of projects Assist in managing the timely resolution of issues and assessing mitigating risks related to implementation Participate in planning and implementation of system testing Prepare training material and provide end-user training on all system aspects Serve as a key contact during system go-live and assist in coordinating the transition to post-implementation support Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction Handle special projects as assigned

Must have broad understanding of general business processes and key integration points. Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Experienced with international travel; must have cultural awareness and the ability to adapt effectively to cultural differences. Must be able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to lead and implement continuous improvement processes. Must be able to effectively handle aggressive deadlines and shifting priorities and quickly assess and resolve issues.
