IT Sales Engineer
Bartech Group is a leading national Staffing and Outsourcing Solutions Provider for Fortune 100 companies throughout North America.
We are currently searching to fill the position of IT Sales Engineer for one of clients in the Nashville area.
The IT Sales Engineer will be responsible for both new technology licensing and services revenue target by supporting sales within an assigned customer base.
Job duties will include:
* Being involved with sales strategy, prospecting, pipeline building and customer briefings and developing annual business plan.
* Build and maintain relationships with executive level personnel.
* Communicate and articulate client's business objectives and map a sales startegy consisting of software, training, and implementation services to exceed client's stated ROI objectives.
* Lead strategic sales process and manage resources effectively.
* Build customer focused proposals.
* Be a self starter who can prospect and quickly qualify new name business to deliver results on a timely basis and consistent basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
* 5 or more years of sales engineer experience managing both large enterprise and a number of mid market clients.
* Technology sales background with a solid business aptitude, experience with ERP, CRM,ISS solutions and/or business applications preferred.
* Demonstrates the ability to manage complex sales cycle and responsible resource allocation in closing multi-million dollar solutions.
* Industry knowledge, relationships and experience in (2) of the following vertical areas: Manufacturing, automotice, hi-tech, architectural aluminum extrusion, home building, office furniture, fenestration, retail or other verticals.
* 50% travel in territory.
* Excellent communication skills, button down appearance and 4 year degree in business or communications.
