To better serve our small business customers, we’re looking for highly competitive, innovative, professional and persuasive sales people who understand what it means to go above and beyond, and have the experience to prove it.

BEST-BUY-FOR-BUSINESS BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL

Maintain high level of knowledge of products/services relating to customer.

Build a continuing relationship with Best Buy retail and BestBuy.com partnerships.

Help customers with department specific product orders and complete required documentation for delivery and installation.

Respond to customer concerns and apply problem resolution skills striving for first time resolution on all customer problems/issues.

Utilize resources frequently for sales tips, new products, and process updates.

Engage customers in consultative sales interaction.

Strive to close the sale during all customer interactions.

Ensure accuracy when processing sales transactions (e.g. product in stock).
