Primary Responsibilities:

Sourcing, Recruiting and Interviewing prospective candidates for both Contract and Permanent positions...Nationwide.
Direct account development with our employer clients on a nationwide basis.
Coordinate applicant/client interviews and prepare candidates for both telephone and in-person interviews.
Provide your marketing expertise to develop new business and client candidates.
Participate in the negotiation and presentation of permanent career or contract assignments with our clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
AAS or BS Degree or equivalent experience in business environment preferred.
Familiar and comfortable with incentive based commission-oriented sales environment.
A strong desire to SUCCEED in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with Windows XP based software applications such MS Office XP/2003 including Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the Internet.
Knowledge of the IT, Engineering or Financial business would be a definite plus.
