IT Analyst - Commercial and Product Development

Partner with Sales, Technical Service, Program Management, Business Development and Quality groups to plan, implement and manage IT applications that fall within these areas.

Use standard project management methodologies and six sigma principles to implement new Information Technology solutions.

Implement and support a Product Life Cycle application that tracks new product development through various phases and stage gates.

Serve as functional leader of CEM's Quality Issue Tracking System (QITS). Work with plant quality departments to define, design, document, test and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Communicate project plans and status updates to the quality leaders.

Develop internal business knowledge needed to support and facilitate information technology based changes within these functional groups while leveraging existing resources and systems.
REQUIREMENTS
5 to 10 years of business improvement and application support.

Extensive business knowledge and understanding of key IT concepts and tools.

Must be able to document business processes and translate them into business requirements that will effectively utilize Information Technology to provide business value.
