Primary responsibilities include:


Assisting in the development of strategies to solve complex problems in the system development cycle
Taking health plan files from customers, formatting the data to work in our internal systems, and reformatting to original specifications upon return of files to customers
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Data mapping and modeling
Conducting unit testing

Job Requirements:

Extensive healthcare experience is required, preferably in eligibility. Significant experience in a Business Analyst role will also be required. A strong background with data mapping and modeling is essential. RUP experience is preferred. Solid MS Office proficiency is a must. Use-case analysis experience is a plus.
