INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

A nationally and internationally respected leader in their industry has retained our firm to conduct a search for an International Sales Manager to join their senior management team. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, this growing company has established itself for their quality turnkey hardware/software systems and services that are used in unique applications to communicate information of high interest in graphic formats. This position would report directly to the General Manager which enables this individual to be involved in and influence overall corporate strategy decisions. This position also has the probable potential of increasing in responsibility and level.

This individual would particularly work with capital equipment dealers in Europe and in Asia/Pacific Rim, their two biggest international markets, including China. This individual would work to enhance an already-existing dealer network in Europe and establish new dealers in the Pacific Rim as well as other world markets deemed attractive. Certainly travel is involved in this position, usually 9-10 overnights in a month.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have successful sales experience in capital equipment or high-ticket solutions in international markets, particularly Europe and the Pacific Rim. Success in working with and through dealers would be a plus. The ability to travel at a 9-10 day level is important.
