INTERNAL SALES OPPORTUNITY WITH FORTUNE 100 COMPANY IN MIAMI……$45,000 TO $75,000+!!!!!

We have been retained by one of our key clients to assist them in hiring between 15 and 30 new Bi-lingual Internal Sales Associates. Our client is a Fortune 100 company with revenues of over 20 billion dollars per year. Their core business is in wire-line communications (high-speed internet, long distance and telephone service) and they own 40% of the nation’s largest wireless provider. Our client is consistently ranked as one of the nation’s best companies to work for as they offer lucrative compensation plans, comprehensive benefits packages, an excellent work environment and abundant opportunities for career advancement. In fact, many of the individuals we’ve placed with them have been promoted into higher level positions within the company.

As an Internal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling in-bound calls and selling our client’s comprehensive suite of communications services. THIS POSITION INVOLVES NO OUTBOUND “COLD CALLING” OR TELEMARKETING WHATSOEVER!! You will be selling to prospects and customers who are calling in to you and already have an interest in doing business with your company. Your job is to identify their needs and match them up with the most appropriate products and services.

Internal Sales Associates will be compensated as follows:

1) Base Salary in the range of $35,000 to $45,000

2) Incentive Program in addition to base salary that offers the opportunity to earn commissions based on meeting sales goals. Average 1st year compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 (some have made over $85,000)

3) Salary Increase every 6 months
