INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Base + Commission

PrideStaff is currently hiring for 4 Inside Sales Representatives!

Inside Sales-
A large Wholesale Distributor is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual to join their sales/customer service team. They will answer inbound calls as well as make outbound calls. The inbound calls will be to answer questions about products sold, distribution set up and time, and other questions about business and payments. Outbound calls will be made from leads that are received from people inquiring about the company on the internet. Customers fill out a request for information and you would then call them back to speak with them about the company and its products.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must have at least 6 months of sales experience, either in a call center environment or retail. Prefer a candidate that has experience up selling in either of those environments
-Must have excellent customer service and have the ability to connect with all types of people
-Knowledge of basic computer applications
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-The desire to work with a great company and be rewarded for hard work!

As a temporary the pay is 21K with ability to earn bonuses. Once hired on the base salary goes to 22K and you receive 5% commission for your book of business, plus bonus and perks. This is a fun environment that has an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement!
