Based in Mexico with sales and marketing located in Houston, Texas, we are seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Opportunity –
We’re looking for a dynamic candidate to provide quotations to distributors and assists outside sales representatives. Your job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
•Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites and other sources
•Follow up on quotations provided to distributors
•Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
•Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
•Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales orders for orders obtained
•Tracks stock levels
•Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules
•Coordinates customer training
•Builds and maintains customers relationships
•Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database
•Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
•Investigates and resolves customer problems and concerns
•Travels to and attends trade shows

Qualifications –
•Bachelor’s degree coupled with 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education/experience
•Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint required, Quickbooks experience is a plus
•Strong presentation and organization skills as you will have occasional contact with clients
•Ability to grasp product knowledge
