Granite Real Estate Acquisition Co., LLC, a Real Estate Investment, Property Management and Relocation Company is currently seeking a Dynamic Individual to fill the position of “Inside Sales Representative/Acquisition Officer”.
As Inside Sales Representative/Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for the acquisition of residential properties in the Delaware Valley area. The successful candidate will handle a large volume of Inbound calls from prospective clients, gather and organize property details and promote the services of our company. This is a hands on position that requires responsibility for your own production. Excellent potential for advancement with our growing company.
After the initial contact with customers you will be responsible for analyzing of property values, price negotiations and viability of the properties to be acquired. You will also direct and supervise the flow of information and tracking of leads.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess prior Sales experience, excellent phone skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Candidates without previous Sales experience may be considered with a 4 year college degree. The successful candidates will also have strong sales skills, be goal oriented and have the ability to close deals themselves. You should be polished, professional and have a Fortune 500 Image.
