Job Description
WE HAVE A SPECIAL INVITATION FOR YOU!!!
We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for 30 AGGRESSIVE INSIDE SALESPEOPLE. Our client is seeking TOP SALESPEOPLE to support a high-volume, inbound call center in Beverly, MA. These positions are responsible for answering telephone call inquiries and promoting our client’s products and services. Successful candidates will be required to maintain the company standards for call volume and sales per hour.
These positions rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job junctions. They require extensive product knowledge (trained on-the-job) and the ability to learn quickly. You will be working under the supervision of your immediate supervisor, but will be required to perform independently.
They typical job duties include:
•Answering a large volume of incoming phone calls
•Providing callers with knowledge of client’s products and services
•Completing the sale of client’s products and services (i.e. overcoming objections)
•Upselling additional products and services
•Maintaining excellent standards of customer service
•Achieving (and exceeding) performance measurements such as dollars per call
•Using Web-based tools to enter customer order information, track sales performance, and other administrative duties
The ideal candidate is:
•Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
•Able to CLOSE THE SALE
•Adept at CUSTOMER SERVICE (including upselling)
•Willing to learn and retain product knowledge for wide range of products and services
•Flexible, honest, and hard-working
