The IAS practice was developed to assist multinational corporations with managing the complex financial, tax and human resources issues associated with global personnel deployment and is now regarded as the leader in this area. One of the key elements of the practice is Tax Program Services, keenly focused on advising companies of the expatriate tax implications of their international operations, providing advice as to optimal tax strategy and tax compliance and planning. As a Manager in this area, you will have the opportunity to network extensively with existing and prospective clients, to assume a high degree of responsibility and exposure within the firm and to build your tax consulting, compliance and planning skills in an international venue.As an IAS Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tax compliance and consulting processes for major Fortune 500 clients. You will be responsible for the : Technical review of expatriate, and alien tax returns Management of associate and senior associate personnel Management of compliance and consulting work for your clients Coordination with worldwide IAS network in serving your clients Managing the financial aspects of your engagements (budgeting, billing, collecting) REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Minimum of a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessEssential Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 5 plus years of expatriate tax experience. The candidate should have attained CPA or Enrolled Agent status. Additionally, the candidate should possess: Well developed organizational/project management skills Broad-based tax, accounting, and financial skills Excellent client relationship skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
