This diverse role offers a unique combination of business analysis and project management within an innovative and progressive Human Capital organization. We seek a resourceful self-starter who is business minded and customer focused. The primary responsibilities of this position include:



Support department core products and processes
Manage front-end processes, execute key procedures, maintain accurate and timely records
Produce and analyze reports from department tools/products, including quarterly scorecard
Provide ad hoc reporting, querying and data analysis as appropriate
Serve as training liaison where needed
Identify issues and create contingency plans
Bring issues to resolution or escalate as necessary
Provide status reports

Serve as "super user" for strategic talent planning online tool
Serve as primary resource to business administrators
Provide training to new administrators
Maintain training and support materials
Answer questions and provide assistance where needed
Serve as liaison to information systems team regarding tool enhancements
Troubleshoot tool functionality as appropriate

Manage daily operations with vendors
Maintain positive relationships
Serve as department liaison
Maintain contracts
Work with procurement as needed

Manage department budget/forecast



Other projects as assigned




Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
Intermediate skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
3+ years experience as project analyst, project coordinator, business analyst or similar experience
Proactive, accountable
Ability to maintain positive team and customer relationships
Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
Ability to work with confidential data with integrity
