Hospitality Market Executive – Decorative ProductsStandard Textile Co., Inc., is the international technology leader in the manufacturing and distribution of reusable textiles, apparel, surgical, and decorative products. We are currently seeking a Hospitality Market Executive – Decorative Products for our corporate office in Cincinnati, OH.The Hospitality Market Integration Director – Decorative Products is responsible for managing the development of new product launches, marketing and merchandizing of Decorative product lines designed for the hospitality market. In conjunction with the corporate Hospitality Market Management team, this position will be responsible for planning and implementing initiatives to enhance and support decorative product hospitality sales growth. Key areas of responsibility include initiating and orchestrating the development of new product opportunities for hospitality, developing merchandizing strategy, establishing pricing and selling structure for product line, and providing sales support services and product expertise to field sales consultants. Additional responsibilities include researching, proposing, and implementing new business growth opportunities for the expansion of decorative product hospitality product lines and services, tracking and analyzing hospitality market trends, and P & L responsibilities.
College degree required, MBA preferred. Senior management experience with at least five years of decorative product sales, development and merchandizing in the hospitality field (i.e. curtains, draperies, bedspreads, etc.) is preferred, as well as, two to four years management in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
