We are seeking a detail-oriented claims pricing expert to join our friendly team as a Healthcare Business Analyst. In this fast-paced role, you would focus on claims and cost analysis to determine the impact of provider payouts. This is a brand-new position that offers flexible hours, room for growth, and a great way to combine your data and claims skills.



Primary responsibilities include:


Reviewing claims payment for cost analysis


Ensuring that system capabilities work in alignment with payment methodologies


Performing cost trending and addressing related issues


Designing and recommending improvements regarding provider payments


Working with cross-functional teams


Job Requirements:

Strong healthcare claims experience is essential to this role. SQL knowledge is also needed. A background in provider contracts and/or pricing is highly preferred, and experience writing business documentation is ideal. Prior medical economics research is a plus. Excellent computer proficiency is needed, and strong communication skills are a must.
