Key areas of focus include:General
Assist CPT leaders in further refining the Enhanced HR /Talent Management
workstream
Coordinate with newly created positions Project Manager (PM) and Portfolio
Team Specialists (PST) for engagement status and to help monitor assignment
needs
Coordinate with National and Local HR
Communication of HR objectives, philosophies and practices to staff, group
leaders and Partners and to office HR and leadership
Conduct field visits to provide human resource support to staff
Drives strategic people needs and executes key people processes
Facilitate succession planningCareer Development, Performance Management and Coaching
Proactively reaches out to engagement teams and staff to facilitate ongoing
coaching and communication
Monitor staff assignments and career development needs
Communicate, track, review and provide feedback on ADP process
Communicate staff concerns and career goals to appropriate people
Proactively follow up with partners, coaches and reviewers to ensure timely
feedback on “people” themes is being received and acted upon
Standardize evaluation process
Conduct client/engagement site surveys
Monitor alignment of coaches to staff to ensure that coaches have appropriate
skills and sufficient time to devote to staff assigned
Conduct formal one-on-one sessions with staff and mangers at least twice a
year
Assist staff with long-term career development and mentoring
Review staff evaluations for development points and identify potential
training deficiencies
Enhance team coaching by assisting partners, managers and seniors with issues
and monitoring the coaching processTraining and Development and Orientation of New Hires
Provide CPT orientation for new hires
Identify training needs for staff and work with local trainings teams in
implementation and communication
Assist new hires upon starting for a seamless transition into the firm
Assign coach based on individual development needs and coaching availability
in the group
Implement training guidelines for coaches/counselors to better facilitate the
performance management process (identify soft skills training needs-coaching,
feedback, etc.)
Conduct quarterly team building activities and develop monthly HR
communication
Plan connectivity events for CPTOrganizational Development
Assist with change management process for CPT initiative
Monitor HR survey distribution, survey results and evaluate comments for
appropriate action
Foster a team culture and identity for improved retention and moraleHR Administration
Manage employee relations issues for staff in the office
Communicate feedback from the field to Portfolio/Project Manager to assist in
deployment
Facilitate strategic deployment needs (i.e. R&Q, tours, etc.)
Co-facilitate monthly deployment meetings
Monitor vacation/holiday balances, sick time usage, and overtime, if
appropriate
Assist in the preparation in EEO and Affirmative Action Reports, as
appropriate
Focus on key compensation processes including facilitating the WRGP award
process and base and incentive compensation processOther Key Characteristics:

Accounting Industry, a plus Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment, set priorities, manage people and projects, and work efficiently and effectively Organizational change management skills Work well with senior management as an advisor Experience in coaching, ability to train others to coach
