Product Manager - Santa Monica

This position is based in Santa Monica, CA.

Do you have a passion for creating great products? Are you eager to make things work better and do something with impact? You will be a member of a dynamic product team committed to making Google an example of the best products in the industry. On the product side, we strive to make Google's products ultimately useful. You will work with engineering on new products, as well as enhance existing products. You will be responsible for the product throughout the execution cycle, including: gathering product requirements, defining product vision, creating preliminary design concepts, and working closely with engineering to implement and iterate.

Requirements:

* BA/BS in a CS field. (MSCS, or PhD CS is a plus).
* Product design or product management experience.
* Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
* Demonstrated experience in gathering design requirements into a product vision.
* Demonstrated ability to work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes and Iterations.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Quantitative analytical abilities.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent technical skills.
* Understanding of the search engine space.
