If you have experience coordinating internal corporate travel programs, and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, you may be the ideal candidate for this management position in our corporate headquarters. This high-visibility role offers the chance to interact with a variety of people at many different levels of a growing Fortune 100 Company.



Primary responsibilities include:


Managing our company's internal corporate travel program
Handling the management of travel agencies, car rentals and national hotel programs
Identifying and evaluating suppliers
Negotiating with suppliers and creating contracts with them
Creating all necessary service level agreements
Reviewing and selecting products and services from suppliers
Consolidating meeting planning processes

Job Requirements:

We're seeking a candidate with extensive experience drafting contracts and a history in travel management (especially internal/corporate travel management). Significant negotiations experience is required, as is a substantial background with financial modeling and analysis with complex contracts. Very strong project management and strategic procurement experience are essential. Solid MS Office proficiency is a must.
