GENERAL MANAGER / COO PACIFIC CLUB

The Pacific Club is the oldest organization of its kind west of the Rockies. It has over 150 years of history and is one of the charter members of the Distinguished Clubs of the World. This highly regarded private club is currently seeking a seasoned General Manager/COO. The GM/COO will manage all aspects of the Club including activities and relationships with its Board of Directors, committees, members, guests, employees and the community. The GM/COO is responsible for creating operating and capital budgets and operating in accordance with them. He/She will also be responsible for member development and leadership of the club consistent with established policies and high levels of quality to ensure member satisfaction.

Candidates must possess 10 years of experience in a senior management role at a private club, resort or restaurant establishment; a proven record of leading and developing staff; significant experience with quality food and beverage; and exceptional customer service background. BA Degree and CMAA designation preferred.
