Follow-Up Coordinator

Description:
Follow-Up Coordinators are responsible for providing professional customer service to both internal and external APS Healthcare clients. This includes: scheduling appointments, providing referrals, client follow-up, customer education about APS Healthcare services and products, assisting contract providers, coordinating paperwork, and answering and triaging incoming provider calls. Complete daily client follow-ups to ensure clients were connected to care. This includes: client contact, provider contact and scheduling. Document all incoming calls, client updates and provider updates into computer system Schedule EAP appointments for APS Healthcare clients Explain APS Healthcare EAP benefits and managed care procedures to callers Issue and send payment vouchers to Contract Providers Triage clients to appropriate clinical staff as needed

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Two years customer service experience. Computer skills in word processing and Windows required. Other computer skill such as Excel and Word desirable. Excellent telephone, written and oral communication skills. Preference for EAP experience.Education:
Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, counseling field preferred.
