JOB DESCRIPTION:
CRST Malone, a high-growth transportation company serving the flatbed industry, is seeking a motivated individual to work at our dedicated logistics operation in Birmingham, AL. We are looking for a fleet manager who will be responsible for supervision of daily driver activities and assigned equipment.

This includes dispatching freight, load building, customer service, counseling drivers on safety and policy issues, authorization of pay related items, safety management and other related activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Skills:

Qualified candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have experience prioritizing matters, and possess customer service experience.
In addition to top-notch organizational skills, the ability to work under potentially stressful situations is a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid reasoning abilities are required.
This position is on-site at the customer’s location and offers room for future growth.
The successful candidate will be subject to a pre-employment drug screening.
