We are currently seeking experienced fine jewelry sales and management candidates for several opportunities at our store in Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville, AR.

MANAGER TRAINEE

Manager Trainees in our fine jewelry stores take part in directing the daily operations of the store, while progressing through company training programs in preparation for a Store Manager position. These individuals are expected to lead the sales staff by exhibiting consistency in sales knowledge and training in order to achieve store sales goals, and are responsible for handling daily associate and customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence. Incumbents must use highly developed communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to each and every customer. The successful Manager Trainee will demonstrate an ability to balance the responsibilities of sales, leadership and store operations.

SALES PROFESSIONALS

The Sales Associate is responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients. They are also responsible for executing and supporting company programs (i.e., Custom Design Shows, Extended Care Plan, e-mail addresses) to achieve sales volume goals.

REQUIREMENTS
MANAGER TRAINEE

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of retail experience, and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience, as well as the ability to relocate. Superior communication skills are required.

SALES PROFESSIONALS

High school diploma and one to three years of sales or retail experience required. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry. Strong selling skills and superior communication skills are required. Incumbent must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
