Financial Auditor-Business Development

Responsible for providing in-depth financial and process analysis of activities within each business unit and to assist with strategic business planning. Will identify and assess potential business opportunities that leverage our company's competencies and business model.
-Conducts financial and qualitative analysis of pricing and profitability performance for business units
-Analyzes process improvements and implementations of plans
-Analyzes and monitors market, customer, and industry trends
-Develops business cases and situation analyses summarizing opportunities for margin-improvement
-Involved in business proposal process-Develops and implements both short and long term strategic management and strategic marketing strategies to meet goals and generate additional revenue for each business unit
-Evaluates changing market conditions and reacts appropriately
-Identifies best practices and strategic approach to ensure successful recommendations for opportunities
-Works closely with Director in the planning, development and implementation of new business initiatives to increase the overall effectiveness of individual businesses and VMB overall.
-Effectively communicates all development project status, issues and risks to management and business stakeholders.
-Builds effective partnerships with both internal and external customers to increase effectiveness of the business development area.
-Monitors customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
-BA or relevant degree required, MBA preferred
-5+ years in depth financial analysis/auditing
-5+ years experience in project management-Experience with various cultures, businesses and customs
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including, strategic decision making to synthesize and analyze large amount of information, identify trends to make recommendations. Adaptability a must.-Strong project management and organizational skills-Able to build strong internal and external partnerships relationships quickly-Proficient in all MS Office products. Travel can be expected, utilizing all modes of transportation, depending on project-Ability to travel up to 25%
