JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing ongoing financial support on all issues related to Development G&A and Express collections. This position will work on a variety of projects, define key issues, develop analytical/accounting support, formulate conclusions and present findings. This position will interact frequently with VP of YUM! Brands Express, and senior leadership w/in the development organization. Work with Director/Senior Manager level individuals across all 5 brands, requiring multitasking and thorough understanding of organizational complexity. Must work closely with the TB /KFC/ PHI financial planning teams, revenue accounting, and the Louisville Shared Services group.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation, forecasting, and management of annual Development department G&A plan = $40MM(50%).
• Ensure timely collection of Pizza Hut Express and KFC annual royalties of $28MM (50%).
• Planning of G&A targets for all functions within the Development organization, with period analysis to evaluate compliance to targets, and recommendations to realign where necessary.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively multi-task & generate actionable recommendations.
• Have excellent interpersonal & team skills with ability to present to all levels of the organization.
• Support Essbase system administration and maintenance including cost center manager changes, plan changes, and reporting structure. Ensure changes/updates occur in a timely manner.
• Challenge and improve current tracking and analysis methods, models and processes to more effectively and efficiently build understanding of business opportunities.
• Responsible for reporting and support of Pizza Hut, and KFC Express bad debt/royalty collections.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1–2 years of business experience--with demonstrated track record of success in the areas of strategic planning, financial modeling, and business analysis in a large, complex organization.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Energetic with a strong sense of urgency.
* Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
* Outstanding systems knowledge (Excel, Hyperion, and mainframe applications)
* Undergraduate degree in business, CPA / MBA preferred.
