Financial Aid Business Analyst

Datatelâ??s Software Development Division is currently recruiting for a Financial Aid Business Analyst. The business analyst is responsible for analysis of business needs, developing software solution requirements, building process models, and providing a communication bridge between market needs as defined by the Product Marketing group and the Software Development team requirements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and specifying financial aid regulatory requirements. The position involves work on new development and on the maintenance of existing software.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

3-5 years work experience in higher education financial / business department
Working knowledge of financial procedures and staff work-flow issues
Bachelorâ??s degree
Ability to do some nationwide travel (5% to 10%)
Technical aptitude of software applications, relational databases, operating systems or networking
Experience working with higher education software systems preferred
Experience working with financial aid systems preferred
Excellent Written and oral communication skills.
Experience conducting presentations to large and small groups
