The Field Technician II is primarily responsible for installation and maintenance of voice and data interface devices at the customer premises. In addition, the Field Tech II is responsible for accomplishing all duties assigned within shift, such as repair at the central office, or assistance of other departments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in Electronic Engineering or related field and or industry experience, minimum of three years.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work within a team.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Requires knowledge and experience of VoDsl, VolP, LAN/WAN, broadband, ATM, TCP/IP, and DSL.
Must be insurable by the company's insurance carrier. Must possess and provide proof of a valid driver's license and current motor vehicle insurance.
