FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Field Service Rep/Merchandiser for our national accounts service team covering the Northern Colorado/Southern Wyoming area. Responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations at the individual store level.Providing retail sales and service at store level, which includes merchandising and product training, and installing and maintaining retail displays.Self-motivated and have a desire to contribute to the company’s goals.Background in merchandising / sales/ service or retail hardware/home center industry preferred.Reliable transportation needed.

REQUIREMENTS


Field Service Representative Qualifications
High School Diploma.At least 3 years experience in a retail environment.Strong Analytical and verbal communication skills.Ability to utilize a variety of hand and power tools.Ability to lift and move products on a repetitive basis.Frequent standing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and use of ladders to locate and pull product from overhead storage.Ability to read and understand a plan-o-gram, and work off of a plan-o-gram in an efficient manner.Possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and proof of insurance at all times.Willingness to travel as necessary (4 overnight visits per month).Computer access and experience with Word & Excel programs.Ability to deal politely with customers and/or employees and function efficiently under pressure.
