FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative for our hardware sales team in the Albuquerque, New Mexico territory. We require an individual who can increase sales, has the ability to open new accounts, as well as maintain/service existing hardware stores, home centers, lumber yards and building material retailers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Promoting, selling and servicing business accounts in established territories for industries where the company and its products are accepted.
2. Developing new accounts in designated sales territories through prospecting and cold calling.
3. Maintaining consistent call cycles with all accounts.
4. Coordinating with corporate office personnel to determine customer needs and ensure that their needs will be handled appropriately.
5. Preparing documents such as plan-o-grams, special orders and pricing, delivery dates as well as partnership agreements, which are subject to management approval.
6. Completing administrative duties including submitting monthly business reports, monthly sales call schedule and weekly expense report.

Base salary, plus quarterly bonus based on performance, expense reimbursement, car or car allowance and comprehensive benefits included.
REQUIREMENTS


Field Sales Representative Qualifications
High School Diploma.Strong Analytical and verbal communication skills.Ability to utilize a variety of hand and power tools.Ability to lift and move products on a repetitive basis.Frequent standing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and use of ladders to locate and pull product from overhead storage.Ability to read and understand a plan-o-gram, and work off of a plan-o-gram in an efficient manner.Possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and proof of insurance at all times. Willingness to travel as necessary.Computer access and experience with Word & Excel programs.Ability to deal politely with customers and/or employees and function efficiently under pressure.
