Field Sales Rep for Indianapolis Territory (50 mile radius)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing plans for TPC Products through a direct selling approach to the assigned customer base.

This position will have a home office located in Indianapolis. You will be responsible for effectively managing your time. Your sales territory will be within a 50 mile radius of Indianoplis. Other travel requirements are limited to only 1 week of training in Cleveland and 2 annual Sales Meetings a year!

This position has no direct reports. This position is responsible for meeting the goals for sales by customer and product family through continued training and development on product knowledge, features, and benefits. Position will develop new customers within the assigned territory.

Maintains close contact with end users. REQUIREMENTS
Four year degree in business or marketing preferred.Five-7 years experience in selling/sales.Experience in selling to Manufacturers a plusCommunication skills at the plant level and with Corporate Purchasing.Product knowledgeIndustry knowledgePlanning goals and customer development.Computer skills
