Field Sales Account Executive

Micro Focus is currently looking for a highly motivated senior sales professional to join its North American Field Sales team in our South Central territory which encompasses Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arkansas.

The focus of the Field Sales Representative is to develop, drive and close business by creating a commercial vision for our customers. Each Field Sales team member is partnered with an Inside Sales person to produce business for the territory.About Micro FocusMicro Focus International plc is a leading provider of legacy development and deployment software with nearly 30 years of expertise and more than 5,000 customers and one million licensed users.

Compensation

Field sales reps start with a very competitive salary commission and bonus pay structure. Additionally those hitting targets qualify for our Annual Club Trip.


Benefits Package

All regular employees scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the Micro Focus Group Health, Dental, Vision, Healthy Living Fund, Employee Assistance Plan, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Long-Term Care, Life, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment programs.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have:8+ years of sales experience in an enterprise software environment with extensive experience in successfully selling large dollar technology solutions.A strong, proven, track record of driving and growing sales using various selling strategies is essential.Candidates must have strong presentation, written and oral communication skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is also required.This position includes frequent travel.
