The Field Sales Executive will deliver a focused Sales effort targeted at the Logistics account group in assigned sales territory. This position is responsible for the strategic development and successful execution of a sales plan, including a penetration and customer account management plan. The incumbent will effectively manage assigned sales territory to attain individual goals & objectives, contributing to the Company's profitability by assuring proper maintenance of existing customer accounts and the development of new accounts. This individual must have extensive sales experience, live within the territory, and be willing to travel overnight most weeks. The incumbent is responsible for building a high Logistics image through an extremely professional and experienced approach to the customer. This position is responsible for achieving a high level of market penetration and effective product, service, and corporate representation within the market segment through detailed knowledge of the industry and customer operations. It will be critical that the qualified individual has relevant experience servicing carriers and manufacturers in the telecommunications area. This position could be filled from multiple locations including the Midwest, Southeast, and Southwest,



Position includes Company provided vehicle, expenses, and comprehensive Benefits Package.



In addition to competitive Base Salary, an annual sales incentive opportunity of $51,000 is paid out at 100% of goal. Commissions are paid out monthly, in accordance with YTD progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


Required


Requires level of knowledge typically gained through combination of a college degree and/or relevant experience, totaling 10 years post high school


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Proven sales success


Highly motivated self starter


Extensive travel schedule 50%


Financial Acumen


Proficient in essential computing software including Microsoft Office Applications
